Hi everyone - here's whats happening! Well we finally shot the scene with Buttman! I had an amazing 2 days of hanging out with one of my idols. I learned a lot about his philosophies, got a lot of tips on how to make better porn, and heard some incredible stories about the golden era of porn. The scene we shot is very different than a normal MeanBitches scene. Asteria and Hime are both incredible performers who really know how to be dominant and mean without holding back. John's camera style is different than mine. He's a porn guy, so he includes a lot more shots of the cock, whereas I tend to ignore it. John looks for ways to get solo ass shots.. I need to find more ways to do that. He likes to break the 4th wall (have the performers talk to the camera), and I'd like to do more of that... We've made it to the last month of the year, and here's how the calendar is looking: Lucky B canceled this week (travel problems- see why I always hesitate to book non-locals?) and I replaced her with a stunning redhead named Jessica Aaren. We have Ny Ny Lew next week (African american with a BIG ASS), and Ember Snow the week after. So that leaves us with Christmas and New Years. Holiday booking is challenging - These won't be scheduled on our regular timeframes and we won't be booking anyone who is not local. I'm thinking one of them should be a big ass scene (to replace Lucky) and the other should be a BG sex scene (some of you don't like the sex scenes but it will be one like the Emma Rosie scene, not one like the content trade scenes)... It's my intention to be in less scenes next year. I'm the backup plan for every scene, so sometimes it's beyond my control, but I'm hoping to keep it closer to one a month for me... Someone asked me last week what's my favorite scene I've ever been in. I think it's Strip Club Domme 10 with Destiny Cruz. We had not met before that scene, but we had real feelings for each other that sparked that day, and went on to have an on-and-off relationship for a couple of years. I did a HORRIBLE job of casting her in the other scenes we did. The character I gave her in Strip Club Domme 10 was perfect for her. The mean bitch boss and the Fallen Angel role just weren't natural for her. She's an incredible domme when role-playing off camera, and also an incredibly warm and wonderful person when in her best mood. Don't ask what she's doing now... Haven't spoken to her in a few years and I have no idea what she's up to these days. She can be a bit moody and unpredictable. Hi everyone! Here’s what’s happening: Well... we’ve reached the point of the year where the end is in sight. I’ve booked out all the scenes that take us up to Christmas, so that means on the calendar right now we have Hime Marie, Asteria Jade (2 dommes, one slave), then Lucky B, Ny Ny Lew, Ember Snow. It’s a diverse group! We’ve got some blondes, an African-American, an Asian performer. We have some girls with big butts and some girls who are more on the petite side, like Hime Marie and Ember Snow. I’ll probably shoot one scene the week of Christmas, and actually get another scene in the schedule randomly sometime during the month of December so that we won’t have to shoot between Christmas and New Year’s. I hope to let Heather direct that scene by herself without me being there. We’ve done those a couple of times. I’ll let you guys know which scene this is so that you can give me feedback. And maybe you’ll tell me “she’s way better at directing than you! Let’s get rid of you and make her the full-time director" :). Heather brings some new ideas. I think she's doing great for us!... Since it’s end of year time, it’s time to start thinking about the things that went right during the year 2025 and the things that we need to adjust as we approach a new year.. Of course, a lot of things that you ask for are going to be affected by things like budgets and resources, but I’m always interested in hearing what you have to say! I have heard from quite a few of you over the last few months that you would like to see more big butts. That's something I’ve been trying to do lately. A lot of that just comes down to what we have available to us. At one point there weren’t that many big butt girls living here in Las Vegas, but over the last few months, we’ve had some great new performers become available to us. You guys haven’t seen the Tokyo Leigh (50 inch ass) scene yet but I think you’re gonna tell me that it’s the best newcomer that we’ve seen in a while. I like big asses as much as you guys do and I’m always looking for new ones to put on the site.… In other news, we have the John Stagliano scene coming up this week. It’s going to be somewhat similar to the Ashlyn Peaks. I'm not gonna tell them what do other than saying "we do ass worship, foot worship, facesitting". We are gonna let them use the studio for whatever they want (making content for their own sites) and then the idea is that I’m giving John a tour of the studio and we come across those two girls in the studio and we’re just gonna let things play out and see how it develops. They are both very aggressive, bossy women. John is not going to be in the scene as a Slave Guy, and the two girls aren’t going to be doing lesbian stuff together. The two girls are going to be dominating me.… There are a lot of legal issues that my industry is facing right now. Things are getting weird and weirder. I got a letter from one of my companies I do business with the other day saying that they were not gonna accept any content from us if the performers are legal residents of Alabama or North Carolina. How crazy is that? I don’t even know the logic behind it, but it is sort of an ominous sign. I don’t know if I have any performers who are residents of those two states, but the problem is is that it might spread to other states. Is it possible we will end up only legally able to shoot californians and Nevadans? Of course we also have the problem of age verification... I know it’s going to be uncomfortable for some of you to have to upload an ID to be able to view the site. It’s an invasion of privacy and I don’t wanna do it. But the laws are the laws so I’ve been looking at solutions and we will have an age verification system in place at some point early next year. It’s going to cost me a significant number of customers. On one hand, I’m all for it. I don’t want the wrong people to be viewing my content and I’m happy that we’re putting a solution in place that could prevent it. On the other hand, it’s not really gonna solve the problem lol. Someone who is under 18 years old can go find porn on the Internet, regardless of whether I put an age verification check on my site. Even if every site in American put an Age Verification system on their site, it wouldn't help at all. Minors would just go to porn sites outside the USA. I don't think it's the right solution to the problem.

Hi Everyone - here's whats happening! It's rare that all of my site member agree on something, but I have discovered one thing: You all love the "news¬es" and want me to do keep doing it. I appreciate everyone that has commented about it or messaged me! I've been getting a lot of messages lately. Sometimes when I reply I come off as surly or mean, and I appreciate that none of you take it personally. It's gonna seem that way sometimes if I'm being open and honest with you. Most websites just hire a person to answer messages with "That's a great idea... we will keep it in mind!", but I don't want to do that. I'm always gonna answer you personally and with a real response. I wish I could give everyone what they want to see, but there's a lot more to running the business than appears. My job is to give you guys (and girls?) 52 weeks a year of great content. How do we do that? We usually shoot one scene a week - here's how that works: First, we shoot solo pictures. Then, we shoot the "IN YOUR FACE!" video. Then, we spend 30 min with the performers talking about the scene, the psychology, things to say and not say, and things we want to do.Thats the part I tell performers things like "scent is part of the fantasy. You should make the slave sniff your asshole", or "Jack loves being spit on. Unlike me, he loves it when you spit right in his mouth". Then we shoot the Slave Orders. Then we take pics of the domme and slave together, and then finally we shoot the scene. Including the 2 hours the performer is being worked on by the makeup artist, our goal is to do all that within 5 hours. I know from 23 years of doing this that once you go beyond 5 hours, the quality of the scene starts declining fast. Performers start thinking about their plans for the evening, or how hungry they are, or what they've missed while their phone was on "Do not Disturb" and they stop putting energy into the scene. So I have 5 hours to make the content that pays the bills. Sometimes people ask "could you make a video that's all toenail polishing? Other sites do stuff like that" and my answer is always "no". The majority of people join the site for ass worship, foot worship, facesitting, and a facesitting handjob at the end. I need to use that 5 hours to make a great scene with those things, slave orders, and In your face! video. When you see a site or performer making a toenail video, it probably means their labor costs are structured differently than mine. If you ask Sarah Jessie for a toenail video, she would probably give you her "custom video" price. Her labor costs are zero... she doesn't have to pay herself to be the talent, she can do her own makeup, and she can probably film it on her iphone. Some companies do small time content trades with a performer to make clips. Those companies probably arent also shooting a full scene every week like I do with a professional crew. On the days when I'm not shooting, I do all the other work. I edit the videos, make the graphics, do the accounting, casting, planning for scenes, and marketing, plus at least one hour a day replying to member messages and writing this blog. People who message me on the weekends know: I work 7 days a week. Did you know that we've never missed an update in the last 23 years? Even during Covid, we still put up something every week. Let's hope it stays that way but I haven't taken time off for illness. I've also never taken a vacation of more than 3 days. The point is: there's a lot more to the business than might appear!... In other news: I'm really happy about the scene we shot last week with Tokyo Leigh! She's really beautiful and her 49 inch SQUISHY ass is going to make you all very happy, but more importantly, shes a natural domme and she really understood the role. It's a great day when the performers, Heather (my co-director), Jimmy (production manager), and I are all perfectly in sync! She lives here in Vegas so I think we will be seeing a lot more of Tokyo here on the site. She's one of our top newcomers in 2025. Hi everyone - just wanted to give you a quick update: I actually ended up letting you (site members) do the casting for the John Stagliano directed scene. We are going with Hime Marie and Asteria Jade. Both of them were suggested to me by site members over the last few days. I had already been thinking about Asteria, but Hime was a brilliant suggestion. She's extremely intelligent, confident, and bossy. Same can be said about Asteria.
