Hi everyone! I'm starting to make a list of best scenes of the year. I'm just glancing through the site and seeing which ones stand out... if I don't include a scene it doesn't mean I didn't like it... my method is pretty random. I'm just look at the site and seeing what hits me. I'll be adding to the list over the next day or so. This is really hard for me though because my instinct is to put every scene on the list! Starting with Luna Baby - Clothing Store Domme - scene was actually released on Dec 30 2024, but close enough. Luna played the character perfectly and has a wonderful big ass and big tits. The positions were really good with great camerawork... and marcelo is always great. So that scene gets my first Emby (MB) award of the day as one of the scenes of the year! Bumping this to the top again! (was originally posted in 2024) : OK… let’s talk about female casting. Before we begin this discussion, you need to understand a little about how the industry works. There are two different types of performers: those that are in the “mainstream talent pool”, and those who are primarily “creators”. Performers who are in the mainstream talent pool usually have an agent. They work 10-15 times a month (could be more could be less). They get STD tested every two weeks, and then they use that test for as many scenes as they can within a two week period. The agent negotiates rates for them and handles booking dates and helps with travel (if necessary). Most small companies (like MeanBitches) rely on this talent pool for our performers. Booking them is much easier than trying to book a creator. When you book a talent through an agency, you contact them and say “I have a scene on July 18. I’d like to book so-and-so if she’s available and interested. Here’s what the scene entails and how much it pays”. You usually have an answer within an hour, and if the answer is “not available” you can move on to the next person on your list. A creator (for the purposes of this discussion) is someone who primarily makes content for their own use, like on Onlyfans. Creators usually make content by doing content trades. That’s when they contact each other on social media, say “hey I’d like to shoot a scene with you”, and then they go back and forth talking about what dates work for both of them and agree on a location and time. It might take a few weeks of going back and forth to agree upon the date. Because performers don’t get paid for content trades (they both get rights to use the content), a very high percentage of content trades get canceled or postponed. Content trades are often shot on each other’s phones. Sometimes a content creator will have their own crew. A content creator might be someone who started in the industry on Onlyfans and hasn’t shot a lot of porn, or it might be someone who built a brand as a pornstar and then started focusing on her own content. For example, Alexis Texas made her name as a pornstar and now she makes tons of money as a creator. She might do some content trades to get content for her sites, and I heard that she did a new scene for Jules Jordan, but she doesn’t have an agent and she doesn’t work within the mainstream talent pool of porn. If you look at her twitter, you don’t see a lot of trailers for scenes (because she’s not performing in a lot of scenes!). Sure, she might do a scene for someone like Jules who can pay an exorbitant amount, but most companies simply can’t afford her. MeanBitch Productions is a small company and to complicate things even more, most of our scenes are not hardcore, so the rate is lower. Like any other small business, I have a budget and must make sound business decisions to succeed. MeanBitch Productions has been around for 22 years! Companies simply don’t last that long unless you make sound business decisions. So the first thing you need to realize is that I’m mostly limited to performers who are in the mainstream talent pool. I’d love to shoot Sophie Dee! I’d love to shoot CJ Miles! I’d love to shoot a new Kiara Mia scene! But those performers aren’t doing regular porn for small companies. They make content for themselves and sometimes for the very biggest companies who know they can make a profit on their scenes. I’d love to shoot them, but realistically…. It’s not going to happen. So before you suggest a performer, if you are serious about it, check her twitter and see if she lists a talent agency that represents her (not a manager or Onlyfans management company - an actual licensed and bonded talent agency). If she doesn’t have an agent, it’s probably not going to happen. The second thing to look at is “Does she live in the USA”. If a performer isn’t here, I can’t shoot her. If she visits her from Brazil but does not have a work VISA or whatever you need to legally work in the USA, I can’t shoot her. So those are two things you can check before you even suggest her for casting: 1) does she have an agent 2) does she live in the USA. I have much more to talk about but I’m going to put it in a part 2. NOTE: if you post your casting list of who you want here, I’m not going to put up a lot of info about specific performers. Hi everyone, here’s what’s happening: We shot a really fun Christmas scene this week! It’s a 2 domme one slave scene with me, Sarah Jessie, Jesabel Vessir. It’s really surreal being me sometimes… there I was dressed in an elf costume in my little yellow spandex tights, lying on the floor with Sarah Jessie‘s perfect ass grinding on my face while Jezebel climbed on board my cock with her amazing bouncy ass and rode cowgirl! It’s certainly one of our best Christmas scenes ever!… In other news, If you follow my Instagram or Twitter, you see a lot of me talking about stepping back from meanbitches in 2026. and doing some traveling. So let’s clarify here: You can call this semi-retirement if you want to, but I’ll never stop being Glenn King and running and directing MeanBitches. It’s who I am. My good friend Christy Canyon once said about her porn career “porn is what I do. It’s not who I am”. But in my case, Glenn King is really who I am. A few family members call me by my government name, but most of the people in my life call me Glenn King. So don’t worry I’m not going to throw away 23 years of making great videos and content. That said, what I am going to do - is go on some RV adventures this year. The most enjoyable thing in my life other than MeanBitches is hiking. I’ve hiked well over 1000 miles so far this year in 2025, and every day I manage my calendar so that I can spend two hours hiking. I’m dictating this blog entry while I’m out hiking, and this is what I’m doing today from 2 to 4 PM. And I’ll also be working tonight from 8 to 10 PM to make up for those hours. I’ve hiked every single trail in Sloan Canyon (a very large nature and wildlife preserve near my house), but there’s very little left to explore over here. I’d like to start exploring other places. I’d like to sort of live in an RV with my dog, travel 50 to 100 miles once every three or four days, and enjoy a new set of trails and a new location. During the winter I can drive around in the south and during the summer, I can head north and explore some places like Colorado. And while I’m gone, you’re gonna get to see meanbitches from a different perspective or some different perspective. I’ve trained two directors: Heather Vahn and Ike Diezel. Each one of them is creative and wonderful in their own way. Each one of them has a passion for what we do here and each one of them is gonna show up for work absolutely thrilled to put their vision onto a video for you to see. You will see the things that I do to make a video great such as camera angles, and general concepts, but you’ll also get to see some new ideas and some new ways of doing things. In many ways, this will be a great thing. You all know that I’ve become repetitive and formulaic. That’s just what happens over 23 years. It doesn’t mean I’m doing it wrong, but it would be interesting to see what innovations Heather and I can come up with. Also, taking some time off will energize me and give me some new ideas and innovations. And maybe I’ll even film some things while I’m out roaming the country. I’m 57 years old. Sometimes I feel like a 30-year-old. And sometimes I feel like a 70-year-old. So I’m gonna have fun in 2026… Speaking of 2026: what do we want to shoot in 2026? I’ve been asking that question to a lot of you who message me. I appreciate and always enjoy every one of you who messages me. Sometimes I may sound annoyed or kind of abrupt with you, but that’s just because I always have a lot of things on my plate at once. I don’t always get to spend as much time as I want on each message. Most of you have discovered that when you send me a long list of girls that you wanna see me shoot, I try to go through the list and research every single one of them. In reality, most of your suggestions don’t fit the criteria. The best thing for me to do for the business is to shoot 1) performers who are local to Vegas (and don’t have travel fees),2) have an agent who represents them and makes it easy to book them and help them understand fair industry rates for Fetish scenes, and 3) are performers who are interested in working for us and have shown me by following me on Twitter, or at least showing some interest in doing femdom scenes. At least 50% of the performers you suggest just aren’t available. Someone actually suggested yesterday that I shoot a new Raven Bay scene, which actually brought a tear to my eye because Raven passed away a few years ago. She was my friend, and I miss her. The point is that most performers actually are only in the industry for six months to two years, and then they leave the industry or stop performing for companies… I have good news! You all seem to agree upon something: you would like to see more big butts! I’ve always tried to make sure that at least one out of every four scenes is thick or tall girl (or both!). This year I want to increase that ratio. I want ⅓ performers to be have an ass that’s at least 45 inches. Sometimes it depends upon availability, but I do think we have a very nice pool of big butt performers in Vegas right now. Some of our girls have gotten thinner… I’m gonna have to start sending these girls some donuts and cake to their houses to see if we can plump them up.! … Lastly, here’s whats going on with the calendar: So far for January we have Lauren Phillips (end of the month) and Ny Ny Lew (beginning of the month). Scenes we’ve already shot: Christmas scene (Sarah Jessie & Jezabel Vessi), Tokyo Leigh scene, Mia James, Ember Snow, Jessica Aaren, Nyomi Ryder. We are done shooting until next year.
