When casting, some of the the things we consider are : 1) is she here in Vegas or does she have an agent who lets us know when she comes here? 2) Is she represented by an agent we work with who can handle rates, booking, making sure she gets STD tested, making sure she show up. 3) does she have a good reputation? 4) do MeanBitches fans want to see her? 5) is she good at improvisational dialogue? 6) Does she smell good? (that's one of mine personally), and a few more criteria When we book someone for a scene, there's an 80% chance it will happen. It's just how the industry works. Performers can cancel a scene on their end pretty much anytime before it happens with no penalty. They are contractors who can decline to accept the job even after they have accepted it.
