Hi everyone - last week, we added ccbill as one of our transaction processors. So we now have both segpay and ccbill. This adds more options and helps people in countries that segpay did not work with. Since then, I've had several customers say something went wrong like "I signed up for a 90 day membership but it stopped working after 3 days". I then ask them for more information, but I never hear back. If something is not working properly, of course I want to fix it! But in reality, I don't personally get access to any of your information and neither does Yuri (my customer support guy). It's better to use email instead of a message on the site for 2 reasons: 1) a message on the site goes to me, an email goes to support 2) if you lose your access to the site, you won't be able to see my reply. As customers, you actually are better off emailing the company who handled the transaction. If you bought a subscription via segpay and it stops working, you should contact segpay. If you bought via ccbill, you should email ccbill. I'm only saying this because they can see your info and I can't. Why can't I? For your protection. IF MEANBITCHES CUSTOMER DATABASE GETS HACKED, THE HACKERS WILL NOT GET ANY OF YOUR PRIVATE INFORMATION (except email). We don't have it! It makes it harder to handle customer support, but it's worth it. Here's another option for you: if you have any problems like "my account stopped working", email cs@elxcomplete.com . This is a support desk that works for elevated X (the company that does our website and deals with the billing companies). They should be able to help you out. You can always email support@meanbitches.com, but the quickest solution is probably at cs@elxcomplete.com. As you all know, I personally answer all messages when you click Messages up at the top. So you can always message me and I'll do my best to help out. :) -Glenn
