We switched our billing system from Netbilling/CCbill on May 23, 2024. If you signed up after that date, you signed up via Segpay. One of the big reasons we did it was to protect your privacy. In the past, a lot of your info was in two places: our database and our transaction processor's database. Now, AND THIS IS THE IMPORTANT PART: the only information Yuri (our support guy) and I can see is your email address and whether your memership is active or not. We don't get to see your Name, purchase ID, credit card number, or even where you live. So therefore, we don't have the ability to cancel for you. Some of you want us to cancel your membership for you, and we would love to! But without that information, we can't. The other reason we switched to segpay is that they have 24 hour support, including phone numbers you can call. So please don't get mad at Yuri... when you ask to cancel, he's going to send you to cs.segpay.com. They have an easy canceling system along with email support and phone support. --Glenn
