Hi everyone - On May 23, we changed our billing system to Segpay. We did it because Segpay has some of the best customer support in the industry. We wanted to make it easier for you to reset your password, cancel your membership, and get 24 hour support. One important thing to note, however: we do not have the power to cancel your segpay membership for you. So if you joined after May 23, 2024 and want to cancel, go to https://cs.segpay.com/. Its easy, and they even have a 24 hour phone number for you to call if you need help.
If you signed up before May 23, 2024, you either signed up via Netbilling or CCBill. If your charge says "MBIT PRODUCTIONS" on your statement, you signed up via Netbilling. You can cancel by entering your username and password at https://secure.netbilling.com/gw/native/selfservice1.2?110386154663 . If you signed up using ccbill, your statement will say CCBILL, and you can cancel at https://support.ccbill.com/.
If you joined before May 23, you can always email support@meanbitches.com and we will cancel for you. If you joined after may 23, 2024, you must go to https://cs.segpay.com/ to cancel.
